Story time:
We had asked a sales associate for help finding a product we couldn’t see on the shelves. She checked with folks in back via radio but after having no luck finding the product in the back we thanked her for her help and continued on our way. Later on, while wandering the store we encounter the same associate, she found what we were looking for after all and went through the whole store looking for us. Epic win. Super helpful people.
