I can honestly say in our many years of being members I've had a good experience maybe once. It's been worse since this charge card switch. The only people that ever approach you are people trying to sell stuff or push the charge card not anyone to ask if you need help finding anything. Membership services is completely useless, I was waiting long enough one day that I happen to have a book on me and started reading in line (got thought a chapter). Would never recommend, I'm switching to Costco.
