I purchased some Nike shoes at another store and they really did not fit my feet well width wise. I came to this store because I had heard they would measure my foot to find what best fitted me. She did measure my foot for length and told me a size.. I explained that the other shoe brand I purchased felt too tight in the width area. I took her advice and went up one size to make the toe area wider, after wearing the New Balance shoe for a trip to Walt Disney world I knoticed they were also too tight width wise. It’s partially my fault for not speaking up and asking her about measuring the width of my foot but I also feel she should have done that when I conveyed my previous shoe issue. Now I have a pair of shoes I never wear because of being too uncomfortable. Seems they don’t train the staff to well.
