The only reason we decided to keep our reservation on hotels at a discounted rate was Karen behind the counter and Jim who was helping her. Our first room was dirty, along with the patron's room next to us. It took us 5 trips back to the counter for new key cards to get into our second room which was clean, save for the left over food in the fridge from the previous patron. The bath tub also started spewing some brown water when we decided the hot tub had been too full for the 5 hours we kept checking to see if it was empty. C'mon.
